SLC-S31W6-"My Taste My Culture (Unity Through Food)/ (Beef Tehari)!"

Today, I have come to participate in the first week of the Steemit Challenge SLC-S31/W6, organized by the Honorable teacher @alexanderpeace ma'am. She has brought a wonderful challenge whose name is "My Taste My Culture (Unity Through Food)". I feel proud to participate in this challenge.

Today, as per the instructions of the esteemed organizer @alexanderpeace, I will prepare a dish which is equally popular in the culture of two other countries as well as in the domestic culture. To prepare such a popular dish, I have chosen Beef Tehari. Beef Tehari is as popular in our culture as it is among the Muslim community of India and Pakistan. Before starting the preparation of the delicious Beef Tehari, I am introducing its ingredients.
😋ingredients for making "Beef Tehari"

| Sour yogurt | 5 spoons |
Using the above ingredients, I will now make delicious Beef Tehari.And I have presented the tutorial below -
😋Step 1:-
- First, I cut the beef into small pieces and then wash it well with clean water. I wash it several times with clean water to remove any dirt from the meat.
- And after washing, let the water drain in a basket.

😋Step 2:-
- Now I chop the onions and put them in a bowl.
- Then I put a saucepan on the stove, add some soybean oil there.
- I wait until the oil is hot, then I put the chopped onions in the saucepan.
- I fry the onions for a while, then add 5 spoons of ginger-garlic paste there.
- I mix it with the onions and let it cook for a while.

😋Step 3:-
- Now I add a packet of biryani masala there. And a little water.
- Now I mix all the items together.

- Now I add 5 spoons of sour curd and 7-10 green chillies.
- I also mix these two items with the masala. And let it cook for a while.

- The masala for making biryani is ready. Now I put 1 kg of washed beef in a saucepan. I mix the meat well and add salt as required.
- Then I cover it well with a lid.
- I roast the meat in the oven for 35-40 minutes. During this time, the meat will be almost cooked. Then I take it off the oven.

- Now I wash the rice of the pulao well a few times and let the water drain,
- Now I take a large pan, add soybean oil as required.
- Then I add the chopped onions and fry.
- When the onions are almost fried, I add cardamom, cloves, cinnamon and bay leaves. And fry again in hot oil.

- Now put the drained polao rice in a saucepan, and add salt as needed.
- Mix the rice well with the spices.
- Now add the chopped nuts and raisins to it.

- Mix all the items as before.
- Then put the minced meat in the pan and stir well.

- Now I add enough water in the pan so that the rice can cook.
- Wait for 15-20 minutes; during this time the water in the rice will dry completely, the rice will become smooth.

- Now the delicious beef tehari is ready to serve, and I have seen a picture of it below.

- Now I decorate the delicious beef tehari with lemon, cucumber, and tomato to make it more attractive.
