Weather and Health

It's not going well for me because I've not been feeling well for the last two days and today is another day when I'm feeling a lot of pain and a fever. Health is very important for us but I think sometimes in a year we go through the phase when we are not feeling well and we need some time to rest and recover. It happens especially when the weather changes because our body is not able to adjust immediately and this is when we feel sick.

I have been feeling sick and unwell for the last few days and maybe it is because of the sudden temperature spike in weather because summer is about to go on full swing. Winter has already gone by and now we are going to enter the summer season where the temperature is going to be around forty degrees. I'm not visiting the office these days because I'm not feeling well and even tomorrow I'll not be able to do this because I will stay at home and take some rest to get a faster recovery but I know that it will take some time and weekend will be helpful for me.

When I'm not feeling well then also I reduce my food intake because I think this is the right way as my body is not able to digest more food and I just eat whatever is necessary which also includes more salad and fruits. What do you do when you feel unwell or sick?
