Today's Exercise
It is International Worker's Day today. So I didn't go to my office. Instead, I went to Seoul to meet my mother in a hospital. It takes about 1 and half hours to go from my house to there. Totally 3 hours for moving. I restarted to work out after coming back to my hometown.
Finally, I bought Walker Epic shoe! Now it is my main shoe. Daily incoming WALK will increase about 40 ~ 50%. Well... what should I do with the former main rare shoe? I am considering to sell it and to buy another rare jogger shoe.
