Steemian Friends,
Iftar time during Ramadan is the happiest moment for me. After fasting all day, when I hear the call to prayer, a glass of cold water and some delicious food fill my heart with joy. Today I went to OASIS Hotel and Restaurant to buy iftar. The folded abscess items were really amazing. The restaurant is a popular food shop in a place called Tomchom Bridge in the city of Comilla in our country. Here, a special stall of bhanja folded abscess food is set up in front of the restaurant during Ramadan. I have shown the location of the restaurant below through the Steem-atlas pin code.

In front of the Wasis Hotel and Restaurant
As soon as I entered the restaurant, I saw a beautifully decorated iftar table. Onion, beeguni, potato chops, chicken pakoras, chicken samucha, and various types of cutlets were placed in rows inside the glass showcase. All of them were hotly fried, and it seemed like I could eat them right away! The smell of frying made the whole atmosphere more tempting. Especially after 4:00 PM until the Maghrib call to prayer, there was a crowd of customers in front of the food stalls. The price of each food item was listed in front of it.
First, I took the onion and the beeguni. The onion was crunchy and soft inside. The mixture of onion and dal made it taste like one after the other. The beeguni was also great. The thin slices of eggplant were fried with a coating of spices and gram flour. About ten salesmen are preparing and selling the food in a healthy environment. There is an opportunity to eat iftar sitting inside the restaurant. In addition, there are three meal packages to eat while sitting in the restaurant on the occasion of the month of Ramadan.
Chicken Samucha was my favorite. The triangular-shaped Samucha had chicken and vegetables inside. It was fried just right, neither too burnt nor under-fried. When you put the hot Samucha in your mouth, you can clearly taste the filling inside. There was sweet chutney and sour tamarind sauce on the side, which made the iftar even more delicious. I ordered three chicken Samuchas for my family at home. The food prices are a bit higher than those in other restaurants because the quality of the food in this restaurant is very good.
What I liked the most was that the food was very fresh. The fried items were being re-fried repeatedly, so they did not feel cold or stale. The price also seemed relatively affordable. The restaurant's food is very attractive in terms of taste, atmosphere, and service. There is a discount offer with each meal on the occasion of Ramadan. There are online and offline facilities for payment.
✓ ¿Cuál es el frito favorito de este puesto (empanada, arepa, pastel u otro) y con qué relleno lo pides siempre?
My favorite fried food from this stall is Chicken Samucha. I want to eat it as soon as I see the hot, crispy Samucha. The golden-colored crispy wrapper on the outside, and the soft and spiced chicken on the inside, this combination is the best. I always order it with chicken filling. Because I find the taste of chicken much more delicious. Inside, there are small pieces of chicken, along with onions, coriander leaves, green chilies, and mild hot spices. When you bite into it, you first hear a crunching sound, then the taste of the hot chicken inside spreads in your mouth. It is accompanied by a sour-spicy chutney, so the taste is enhanced even more.
✓ ¿Existe algún relleno o producto especial que no ofrecen y te gustaría ver en su menú?
I think if pizza is added to this stand, the menu will be more interesting. Especially if small-sized pizzas are available with fried items, many people will like it. For example, chicken pizza, cheese pizza, and spicy beef pizza will enhance the taste of the food even more. Especially if small “mini pizzas” are kept, it will be very fun to eat samuch, piyaju, and pizza together during iftar.
✓ ¿Cómo calificarías los precios de este puesto en comparación con otros de la zona: accesibles, estándar o un poco más elevados? Desde tu punto de vista, ¿consideras que el sabor y la calidad de sus fritos justifican lo que pagas por ellos?
Maybe I can get samuch or piyaju at a lower price at a small stall nearby, but the quality I get here is a little different. The fried foods are usually served hot, the oil doesn't seem too old, and the taste is quite good. The filling inside the samuch is properly filled, not just an empty shell. There is enough chicken, so it is satisfying to eat. I think the taste and quality of their fried foods justify the price. Because the food is fresh, the environment is relatively clean, the service is good, and the taste has a different, homely flavor. However, if someone wants to eat on a very low budget, the price may seem a little high to them. But for those who value taste and quality, I think this price is right.
