I especially found the collection of refrigerators and smart TVs very interesting because they have new technology and modern designs.

The showroom employees are very polite and sincere. They explain the product features, price, warranty, and usage rules in detail to the customers. The salesmen wear T-shirts with the Walton logo. If the customers are in doubt about any product, they patiently show them different options. This helps the customers to make a decision. Besides, there is also the facility of buying products in installments, which is beneficial for many lower-middle-class people.

When I visited this showroom, I noticed that it was very clean and tidy. The price and information are written next to each product, so you can get a lot of information without asking. The lighting and decoration make the entire showroom look more attractive. A manager sits at the cash counter. In addition, four salesmen give detailed descriptions of the products to the customers.

After purchasing Walton home appliances, a warranty card is given. If the product is damaged within a certain period, there is an opportunity to return it.
