I like the organization of the team. Although I have a doubt, users will only be able to publish on certain days with the theme of the label, that is, Mondays are only for food? If so, the other days they will not post on that topic.
No - we are collecting the posts that we want to upvote for the whole week, then upvoting it in our day. We have prepared shared excel document to note those posts.
So, travel posts may be up-voted on Tuesday but if someone published good quality travel content on saturday it will be noted and upvoted after several days.
Not everything has to be up-voted in the same day it was published, but everything what is premium quality will surely be up-voted before the post will be too old to do that.
