On behalf of the Newcomers Curators Team, I will present the curation report for the second week, covering the period from 08 April 2026 to 14 April 2026.

Using the @booming01 account, we curated 166 posts over the week of April 8, 2026, to April 14, 2026. Also we select the best articles based on their quality and inspiration before curating them here. On average, 22 to 27 posts are upvoted each day. We five members from different countries worked on the designated days, as previously said in our Guidelines post.

Countries Covered: 7
This time, we have extended our support to newcomers hailing from seven different countries. However, we were able to support very few newcomers from Bangladesh on this occasion; this is because we opted to exclude many individuals from that region due to widespread "account farming" and the prevalence of fake accounts. Consequently, there was limited curation of content from Bangladesh during this cycle. Nevertheless, Nigeria received the highest level of support, with 116 posts being curated. This was followed by Indonesia with 16 posts, Bangladesh with 10 posts, and Pakistan with 9 posts. Furthermore, we have also provided support to newcomers from other nations, including India and Ghana.
Communities Covered: 33 Personal Blogs: 7
This week, we reached 33 communities and curated 166 posts. Among them, the Hot News community received the highest number of curations with 31 posts, followed by the Hindwhale community with 20 posts, and subsequently the Newcomers community with 16 posts. In addition to this, support has been provided to seven personalblogs, as well as to several commitees.

His day began with a very enjoyable activity: going to the store to help his younger sibling. After looking after him for a while, he headed straight home in a car driven by someone who spoke Hausa fluently—a language he himself didn’t know—and then enjoyed some spaghetti and a Coca-Cola before resting for the night. That’s why I chose this post.
