Team Highlight": Curation report / Week #2 - April 2026

On behalf of the Team Highlight, I will present the curation report for the first week, covering the period from April 08 to April 15.

We have completed our second week of curation. Our team manages the steemcurator05 account and supports the eligible publications of users across the platform.

All the team members have discharged their duty dutifully in the week under review by putting effort into finding and selecting the best publications. Throughout the week, our team has voted on 168 eligible posts. The curation statistics for the last seven days are captured below. Here is our curation Guideline

Our team consists of three curators. According to the schedule, ripon0630 has completed 3 days of curation, while the other myself and aviral123 have each completed two days of curation tasks this week. Together, we have successfully curated a total of 180 posts and supported 21 comments. We also managed to reach out to authors from 18 different countries and engaged with users across 38 different communities.

Our team has actively explored a wide range of communities to find the best quality content. This week, we have supported authors across 38 different communities. Comunidad Latina community received the highest support with 16 votes, followed by Incredible India with 15 votes and Personal blogs with 12 votes.

In our curation days, we always try to support authors from different parts of the world to maintain diversity. This week, we have reached out to users from 16 different countries. The highest number of support went to Venezuela with 44 votes, followed by Nigeria with 39 and Bangladesh with 37 votes. We also extended our support to authors in Indonesia, Pakistan, Colombia , India, Ukraine, Colombia and many more..

Learning to cook via an online platform like steemit is still a viable way to learn some good culinary stuff.

In this post, @rmm31 shows a helpful way to fix the broken hinges and covers of laptop, which are given by the government to teachers and students. He used glue to fix the plastic parts and showed how to loosen stiff hinges. He also explained how to make the repair last longer by letting the glue dry properly. I selected this because it is a great tutorial for anyone needing to fix a laptop.

It's actually interesting to know that repairs and fixing are actually being taught and learnt on the platform. Such is the post of this user who took time to share how he fixed a faulty ceiling fan. He detailed in his post the process on how he achieved the repairs. I think posts like this should be encouraged so we can havr more handy men share their knowledge on the platform for educational and empowerment purposes.
