What cute little parrots. Do they also talk? I have seen many of these birds being pets. When I was a teenager my mother had a partner. Then one of them died and many years later the other died. It is certainly sad to take away their freedom and then not take care of them. My mother loved them and taught them to speak.

Sort:

These are not the ones that talk; the ones that repeat words and phrases are what are called real parrots, and they have yellow on the top of their heads.

I had one of those, and also the ones called corraleros, which are the ones that look after livestock. I raised them, but when they grew up, I set them free.

Ah, ok, I understand. These that you show do not speak, they only show the beauty of their plumage. I don't remember the color of the ones mom had, maybe they are the yellow ones.
I'm glad you freed yours.
I have in captivity quails, which are commercial birds. They are raised to sell their eggs and meat.

I remember that when I started on the platform I read many of your posts, among them you talked about your quails.

That's how she cared for them, and also with regard to the eggs. By the way, I love them.

Greetings.
