It's funny, because I see users who are 5 or 9 years old with less SP than me. Of course, I imagine it's a source of income for many people.
And I don't blame them, in these last few months I've sold for $5 or $10 because the numbers don't add up for me in the business.
That is true and many of those older accounts never received support and they still post.
If I read newcomers complaining although they have over level 60 within a month I find this strange.
For sure they are not voted because of creativity or good content only. So this approach is also good to attract scammers.
There is a huge group always left out. They never built a house or travelled with what they earned with upvotes.
I may be suspicious, but I believe that "new" accounts receiving immediate support are part of a scheme.
A bot farm has just been discovered in Bolivia, consisting of almost 50,000 fake accounts, but from web 2 social networks, used to manipulate elections.
So I think that whoever has capital and enough SP can have their own user farm, and pay them a fraction of what they earn.
It's sad, but it's something that happens in the real world, like those Internet scam factories run by Organized crime.
