RE: Gymnastics and Iced Tea
Thank you for your kind words and #comment
We can face reality with a smile or a laugh. We know that many things we don't achieve in every endeavor. However, that doesn't diminish our efforts. Everything is merely an effort, and we never know the final result. However, every effort, properly made, will bring us closer to our desired goal. If we can overcome obstacles, whether by jumping or crawling, then I am one of those who believe that results will never betray effort.
When it comes to exercise, do it with joy, like children climbing trees, flying kites, running, and continuing to move without having to think about whether I've succeeded or not. Just doing each step will activate our muscles, make our bodies healthier, and our minds more positive.
If this is done without too much calculation, I believe exercise becomes a fun activity and allows us to find youthful enthusiasm, or even feel like children playing tirelessly.
Greetings from Indonesia
Your comment is impeccable. This is how we should truly approach physical activity, like a child's game, allowing us to release the stress of routine. Thanks for responding. Hugs.
When we comment or make response, we're having a warm conversation. Especially when you say "warm hug" at the end. And I agree, we can maintain warmth in our interactions because, as I said to @wakeupkitty, Sasya needs you to hug. Without you, a hug is just poison. Consider a hug. Without you, just mercury, Hydrargyrum, which is highly toxic in the human body.
When we engage in physical activity in our daily lives, we're actually exercising. It's just a matter of whether we do it with enthusiasm or just lazily. If we do it with enthusiasm, sweating and burning calories is very easy. From sweeping the floor, mopping, washing kitchen utensils, and other activities that require walking and moving the body, it's like children playing tirelessly.
Thank you for your #comment, and then we can write to each other on #wewrite.
