When we comment or make response, we're having a warm conversation. Especially when you say "warm hug" at the end. And I agree, we can maintain warmth in our interactions because, as I said to @wakeupkitty, Sasya needs you to hug. Without you, a hug is just poison. Consider a hug. Without you, just mercury, Hydrargyrum, which is highly toxic in the human body.
When we engage in physical activity in our daily lives, we're actually exercising. It's just a matter of whether we do it with enthusiasm or just lazily. If we do it with enthusiasm, sweating and burning calories is very easy. From sweeping the floor, mopping, washing kitchen utensils, and other activities that require walking and moving the body, it's like children playing tirelessly.

Así es. Las amas de casa realizan muchas actividades físicas. Lo importante es tratar de realizar cualquier tarea con entusiasmo, pues eso le hace bien al cuerpo y al espíritu.
