Yes, this is the case and next to that the fewer SP you have, the les a percentage of vote shows.
What I mean by this is that a 50% vote to a newcomer or to someone with few SP is a lower amount in SBI $ than it is with someone with a lot of powered up Steem.

We intended to nominate you last week and couldn't because you went in powerdown.
Actually, this power down is very important for me because I mentioned in the previous post that my refrigerator is broken and despite getting it fixed, it is not working properly. I am having a lot of problems with small children during the summer season and the water is not getting cold.
I understand, but unfortunately I didn't set those rules. As soon as your powerdown stopped you can receive upvotes from SCs.

Steem isn't worth that much or? Also keep in mind that the fewer SP you have, the lower a vote given to you will be. Even if you receive a 100% upvote it will be less than those with more SP.
