Black tongue? Like poisoning?
Car coolant that’s actually added to wine, or something like sulphur. You can see it the next morning when you wake up. I’d almost call it grape juice.

There are good days and bad days for me, mostly feeling extremely tired. But I'm still coping.

Yes, it is the same and did it for years. I am not sure if it still allowed.
If it comes to me it is the same. It is hard to fall asleep and sleep the entire night. I doubt that will ever hapoen.
I just wrote a letter to the board that I quiet. It only gives stress plus Indonnit like to work for an organisation that lies about the finances and treats the volunteers like trash.
I rather paint or do nothing.
How is your writing going? Do you write daily a bit or just when you feel to it.
I left a story, The tourist, in Dream Steek community because the community is ruïnes by those not posting in English and everything except fiction stories or poetry. I like to lift the admin a bit and give a hand again. Perhaps if you have time, you can leave a short story or poem as well. Feel free not to.
