RE: POLL: Are You, is your posts, Visible?

in CCC3 days ago

Just like you, I don’t see the point in buying large quantities of Steem just to give myself loads of upvotes. Incidentally, in the early years I never really understood how to buy or sell Steem. It’s not that easy here, and now it’s almost impossible. The government is doing everything it can to stop people from investing in crypto, even though we’ll all soon be forced to use the digital euro (and then our savings and wages will be gone without a trace).
I’m glad to hear that there are still curators who’ve discovered you. I think this is the main reason why no upvotes are being given. If you’re not visible and a Steem curator never looks beyond the few people he knows – and never reads anything – then the upvotes will never reach a wider audience.
To be honest, I don’t believe the average curator reads or is even willing to translate text.

I wish you all the best, and yes, it really is a lovely way to keep up with a language…

It's not easy to buy and sell Steem in my country too. I don't know how the others here who are on Steemit do it. But I managed to find a way to do that. I don't know if it is the right way. I send my Steem to an exchange - swap it for a crypto coin I like and then transfer it to my local crypto account. By the time the crypto reach me, I believe it has lost quite a bit of its value.

Anyway, however much is left at the end, it is a bonus from my efforts of Steemit, which I have no expectations.

Best wishes to you here on Steemit too. Cheers!

Years ago it was kind of built into a wallet and they gave up on itm next a Dutch lady explained how she did, swap, Coinbase, swap and so on. Next there were other ways but of them have upnon Steem and some are forbidden with us besides of the fact the Dutch address and bank accounts and whatever more they need are not accepted the same for the other way round.

Since the value dropped again I dont see any point to go through all this trouble. Who knows one day my inherent will try.

That's it. The returns from our work are already so little. By the time we swap here, swap there, the remainer of the returns is not much. Seems hardly worth the trouble.

That is how it is. Maybe that is why people left.
