Stone age: bison hunting

Hello my dear Steemians,
It is a stone age and the time of the first human species, who can understand, think and make plans. It is cold, winter there is a first human man with his partner who they decided to be together as it is easy to live and survive together.
The male person was going for hunting, of course, the bigger prey, if he manages to get a bison then they will have meat for few days, but also leather that they can use to use as clothes and also for their beds.
Those days his woman is very happy, she knows that they can live without thinking much about food, she usually collects some berries and mushroom in forest, also she brings water from the river. When her male partner is back from such hunt he can have rest for few days at home and they can together spend time enjoying river, walking in forest and still have some meat at home.
The woman one day was cleaning her fire place and found a big piece of wood that turned into hard charcoal, when she touched that she noticed that fingers got black, she then took it and tried to draw on her grey wall and it left black trace. They she thought why not to do surprise for her partner. She draw him hunting a bison. When her partner came she proudly showed him the picture and said that she wanted to show how strong he is and how he is fighting bison. When her partner looked at the drawing on wall, he was very excited and happy to see such picture. He also wanted to make a joke with his woman and said that looking at the picture it is difficult to know if he is hunting a bison or if he is running from bison. When his woman looked again at the picture he could understand what he means and also laughed about that. They had a nice time and the picture was their favourite reminder of happy moment despite of that hard time.

Such a lovely story you wrote. I can imagine that life back then was exactly as you described included discovering how to paint on a cave wall.
Thank you for sharing your story.
