What do you think about swimming, is it a sport, exercise or a healthy activity?

What I think about swimming is that it is an exercise and a healthy activity. We usually live in villages. There are many rivers and streams and ponds with canals and beels in the village. So in our village we are taught to swim from a very young age and we learn it from our parents. Swimming keeps our body fresh. And there are some healthy activities of swimming, which I am mentioning below.

  1. Regular swimming reduces weight.
  2. Strengthens bones.
  3. Controls high blood pressure.
  4. Increases heart and lung capacity.

There are some other benefits scientifically. Swimming strengthens our bones and muscles. And swimming keeps our entire body healthy and in a normal state. And it works even if it's just an exercise.

Tell us about the health benefits of swimming.

Moreover, it can save us from many dangers in our lives. In that case, I would say that there is no shortage of children in our country. Children roam around various new rivers and ponds. Just then, if a child somehow falls into the water, that child dies. That is because the child cannot swim. Therefore, in our life, the child should be taught to swim from an early age.

  1. Almost every major muscle works in swimming—arms, legs, stomach, back, shoulders, all work together.

  2. Increases lung capacity:
    Swimming makes the lungs more effective by controlling breathing.

  3. Reduces stress:
    The peace that can be found in the water and by swimming regularly. That may not be found anywhere else. I think swimming in the water for a while reduces stress and pain.

  4. Moreover, swimming regularly improves the quality of sleep. Along with that, the head is cool and the body is in good shape.

Have you ever tried swimming? . River, pond or sea where did you do it? And how was your experience?

I have swum in river ponds but I have never swum in the sea because I am a little afraid of water. So I have always swum in small canals and rills in shallow water.

I have friends from whom I learned to swim since I was very young. And from there I almost always like to swim. And besides, swimming helps us save lives. When I was very young, I had a small child who could not learn to swim. At that time, the child was almost drowning in the water. So I tried to save the boy. As a result, the boy survived. So I think swimming is necessary to save lives.

And when I first learned to swim. That day, my moment was very happy. Because I saw how beautifully everyone was swimming. I felt very sorry to see them. When I learned to swim myself, my joy was immense. And I learned to swim from my grandmother and my mother. Alhamdulillah, I have a lot of experience in swimming.

Share some tips and tricks to remember while swimming.

Do light stretching and warm-up before getting into the water to make the muscles flexible and reduce the risk of injury.

Exhale through your nose underwater and inhale through your mouth as you rise above the water. Regular breathing helps maintain balance while swimming.

In addition, you should keep your hands and feet evenly spaced, keep your eyes, nose, ears open, and keep your head high.

Another thing to keep in mind is that you must keep your nose high in the water. And your hands should always be moving forward in the water. Moreover, when I could not swim very well.

Then I used something like a float like a banana tree, a car wheel, etc. If I accidentally try to drown. Of course, I have to stroke my hands and it evenly.

Regular practice is very important to improve swimming skills. And regular maintenance is required. And you have to learn to swim with patience. And you have to follow it with patience.

You can never be afraid of water. The first step is not to be afraid of water yourself. You have to think water is easy. And you have to learn to swim slowly.
