Hello my good friend @waterjoe, your entry is lovely, and I would also like to invite you to mine if possible. Here, you speak of aging beginning around 40 and I know it's because the evidence of aging becomes clearer. Actually, aging starts in the mid 20s. Also, I still do not know if you actually fear aging or not. You actually made the answer more general than personal, so is it okay for me to say you are amongst those who fear aging just as you talked of in this lovely entry? If that be the case, I'll simply say you need not spend time worrying because it makes matters worse. The mind is a very powerful tool, it lives on what you feed it. So prepare for aging and your mind will be stronger than others.
Vegetables and fruits are very good combinations to combat the effects of aging, it slows the process down greatly. Swimming and walks helps a lot to keep fit, especially when carried out on the regular.
