If we maintain our daily habits in a good way, it will improve our health and in addition, our mental health will improve and we will feel very good. We should keep our diet healthy and eat healthy food. And exercise is very important to keep our body organs healthy.Exercising makes our body parts strong and we don't have any difficulty in doing any work apart from that we should take care of our proper sleep.Adequate sleep keeps our brain fresh and also keeps us away from any stress, depression and anxiety because in the state of sleep our brain is completely asleep.Apart from this, we should adopt a positive attitude. If we stay positive, then everything looks beautiful and we stay fresh.

Mind and diet are very important because what we eat affects our health.To keep our brain functioning properly, we should consume more dry fruits because our brain needs fat and this fat is found in our dry fruits like nuts and also oil, olive oil, almond oil. Such things have fat in them and it keeps our mental health healthy.And in order to keep a good and fresh mind, one should consume more water, which does not cause dehydration and mental health is also good.In addition, we should choose a diet that is nutritious and in addition to proteins and vitamins, minerals are good for us and we need to have all these things to maintain our health. Want to use such things in food.

Emotional influences affect our mental health a lot and these emotions should be managed properly because we can show our emotions through our words through our physical activities through our facial expressions and in addition through our knowledge.And in order to keep these emotions in balance, it is better that we should either write down our words or share them with someone, it lightens the burden of the heart.Apart from this, just show your emotions with idol behavior and thus you can be happy. Your negative attitude shows more bad emotions and we cannot be happy because of this, it causes more problems.

You're right o, i can vividly remember last 2 weeks i stayed at home sleeping all through. I felt strong, healthy and strong. Sleep indeed is very crucial to our health.
