You have mention exercises, eating balance diets and also sharing word or our problem with someone. It's really true. Another thing is to have enough sleep because sleep does a lot in our body most importantly our mental health. I have gotten some important points from your writting and as such I wish you good luck. You're right o, i can vividly remember last 2 weeks i stayed at home sleeping all through. I felt strong, healthy and strong. Sleep indeed is very crucial to our health.
