My Saturday Fitness Drills
Hello fitness enthusiast and the novice, I trust y'all doing perfectly fine in your different destination, well it's my outermost joy to be here again and to share my fitness routine with you freaks as a fitness coach that I am.
I had a wonder fitness session with my fitness client yesterday which was Saturday; although I was sick because of the tummy pain that I had, somehow I was tempted to stay back but because of my passion for exercise I choose to go exercise even with the pains in my tummy.
Since it was a Saturday I usually have plenty of clients so yes Saturdays is always my favourite workout day, every Saturday I normally incorporate full body exercise with stepboard because I believe that Saturday exercise should be intense to favour people that only exercise once in a week.

Considering the fact that some clients has other engagement to handle I needed to readjust the intensity, the pace of the exercise by applying tabata song to allow them rest a short second to catch their breath and continue in no time.
We incorporated several exercises, squats, lunges, shadow punch, jogging in place and etc. the duration of the whole fitness session was count 1 hour 30 seconds, despite being short the people were physically exhausted because even with the second rest the exercise was much intensive.

When I say the session was intensive to the extent where my client broke down, the above pictures is what I mean. We workout till sweat came out and I was so happy about the whole condition, sweat is a result of hard work during a fitness session and yes sweat is very important during a workout session.
When we exercise our body release a chemical scientifically known as Endorphin or hormone, this chemical comes up in form of a sweat which we usually experience during a workout session, this endorphins or sweat helps to boosts our mood and makes you feel happy while working out, you see how important sweat is during a workout session?
This was all about my Saturday workout session and I hope you enjoy the picture and the below video, I'll keep on updating you guys on my fitness routine but for now, enjoy today's drill.
