Project: Green🌱 & Clean🚮 || Season-05

Hi, steemians I suppose you are fine as I am. Today I am happy to participate in this project titled Project: Green & Clean || Season-05. I do hope you will find my entry interesting.

Tree planting is an engaging environmentally-friendly activity that people can take part in to make the earth a better place.

✅Share your activities related to trees at home, office or anywhere in society that you have done. Maybe it planting new trees, taking care of trees or participating in awareness activities. (Original picture required)

I want to share my activities on planting new trees and also taking care of existing trees at home.
I started by planting an orange tree. The stages of planting the orange tree are:

1. I dug a hole where the orange tree will be planted.
2. I brought the small orange tree and planted it.
3. I surrounded the tree with cement blocks to stop my goat from eating the tree.
4. I watered the tree and by the grace of God I will be watering the tree every day until it grows to the point that it can survive on its own.

I also planted another tree called Hospital Too Far. I planted the seed long before now in a bucket and I transplanted it today. These are the stages

1. I dug a hole where I will transplant the hospital too far.
2. I removed the hospital too far from the bucket and transplanted it on the land surface.
3. I watered the tree.

I also prune palm trees. I cut the fronds that were broken. This I do from time to time to give the tree a better shape and to help it grow well.

✅How do you feel doing this initiative work? (Although we should be aware of it.) Do you find it interesting and are you interested in conducting it regularly? So are you making any plans for the next day?

I feel very happy planting and taking care of trees. The whole exercise is interesting especially when you plant a tree, nurture it and see it growing the way it is expected to. Some years back I planted a mango tree in my compound and today it serves as a shade for us, it bears fruit which we take almost every day in this season.

Therefore, I am interested in conducting It regularly but I do not have a plan for the next day.

✅ If I ask you to write an awareness slogan on this activity of yours today, what would it be, that would motivate and increase awareness to protect the environment and its balance?

The slogan will be PLANT TREE SAVE THE WORLD
My rationale for choosing this slogan is that life cannot exist without the presence of trees on the planet. They have long-term and short-term benefits as well. Some of these benefits are:

• It is a source of food for all terrestrial organisms.
• It enhances air quality, slows down heavy rains and reduces flooding, prevents excessive heat provides shade and removes carbon from the atmosphere.
• Trees have a positive impact on mental health by reducing stress and encouraging outdoor activities.
• Trees are a source of livelihood for many people.

Conclusion
I do hope that this project will make people engage in tree planting. Thank you @enamul17 and Steem for Bangladesh for this wonderful project. l invite @sahmie, @mhizta, @dave-hanny to also participate in this project.
