I hope all of you will be fine and enjoying good health with a great blessing of Allah almighty. My name is Ali Hassan and today I am going to take part in this interesting contest, which is also part of Steemit engagement challenge, and this contest is going to held in Steem for Bangladesh.

This is really an interesting contest, and I haven’t seen such a contest in these engagement challenges but now this contest is different and high-hope discontest will bring new and different entries so we can enjoy it.

Teamwork Makes The Dream Work

The title of this contest is really really enjoying, and I hope the coming entries will be really enjoying to read.

Teamwork is a way through which you can get big things and can create huge projects and I always prefer to do work in form of team and I hope I will try to give my best to answer all the questions that are required to take part in this engagement challenge.

What does the phrase "Teamwork Makes the Dream Work" mean to you?

The concept behind this phrase will be different in the minds of different people according to my thinking and I and how I get this phrase the meaning of teamwork make the dream work mean when you work as a team you get the result for what you dream and for what you were struggling.

It’s known thing that when we work together in a team, then we always get a better result, and when a person do a task or work as an individual, he get much good result, as compared to the work done by our team.

It’s true that the work done by a team is always better than an individual work so that’s why the phrase Is well said you can achieve your dreams task through team work

Do you have experience being involved in team-based work? Feel free to share your online and offline teamwork experiences

Yes, I have experience of being involved in team based work and have good results like recent I have play a part in the assignment, which was being prepared by four people we work together and get a good result, and before it once I prepared the whole assignment as individual and I didn’t get good results, even I spend my quality time and did my best effort but I didn’t get good results.

Now still we are working on a project which is actually assigned by our university. I am fully hope that we will get a good result because we are working as a team and I am giving my best as a team member here I can’t explain the nature of the assignment to task because of some reason, but I am sure that I will get good results.

If we talk about online platform, then I can say I have play my part as a team member in some games and it was a source of joy for me, but I learn a lot and it was a pleasant experience for me to play my role in a team as a team member.

I have also done some job where we have to create something and to sell our gig in recent vacations. I learn a few skills and then we sell our skills as a team because one part of that work was done by one team member and the other part was being done by other team member so we work together and then our job.

What obstacles did you face in working as a team?

There is nothing perfect. If one thing has benefited then on the other side, it will always have some dra bags like when you are working as a team member and when your work is done by a team, then you always say some difficulties so here I will discuss about some of them.

• The main problem or obstacle that I faced during teamwork was that the behavior of other teammates. Sometimes the behavior of other member didn’t suit me so it may result a bad outcome in my output.

• In teamwork, you have to follow the advice of the leader and you can’t do anything without permission and sometime your abilities remain undermined and you can express your skills better.

• You have to go forward with your team you can’t do anything without other aggrement even you hav good plan.

Is it possible that a person can achieve more by engaging in teamwork than individually? explain.

Yes, I think with positive attitude and hard work a person can achieve big things even in doing teamwork although when we are working as an individual waiting, we get all the credit for our work, but when we are doing teamwork, the credit goes to whole team, but if a person is talented and hard-working, he can bring himself up even working in the team.

Teamwork always help a person to get good output rather than to work as an Individual. I don't think a person get much problems in team work and most of time he had chance to improve and grow himself.
