SEC-S17W2: "A review of the most special food you've eaten in your life"

Sometimes life is full of things we never expected at all. That's what happened to me recently. But there's no need to continue being sad, today after everything is better, I'm trying to contribute again to the Season 17 Engagement Challenge which is already in Week 2.

What is the name of the special food?
The country of Indonesia, especially Aceh, is very rich with various types of interesting culinary delights to be presented here. And it really deserves to be a favorite food. However, on this occasion I just want to present one that is truly my favorite that I have ever eaten. I will introduce you to foods that can be used as food to relieve your hunger. Here we call it Geprek Chicken. There are also other names in the form of Penyet Chicken, Loose Chicken and several others. The difference between each of them is only in the Sambal Terasi. There are spicy, sweet and spicy and even spicier.
Where do you eat this food? Or if you have a recipe, you can share it.
Geprek chicken is very suitable for a banquet with friends and family so it's not surprising that we can easily find it in stalls or even luxury restaurants. However, it is not uncommon for my wife to also prepare it at our house for our dinner.
I'm not the one who likes cooking in the kitchen because my wife always prepares it alone under any circumstances. But I know a little about this recipe.
The main ingredient is chicken meat coated in special flour which has been mixed and then fried. Next, prepare the chili paste which of course is made from red chilies, shallots and tomatoes. Also don't forget a little garlic to make it more fragrant. Shrimp paste is the main ingredient for making shrimp paste chili sauce.
Why is this food the most special food you have eaten in your life?
For me, this is the most special food I have ever eaten in my life. It has a distinctive taste that is very suitable for all ages when combined even with white rice. It would also be very delicious if eaten with fried rice or yellow rice. Having a happy dinner outside the house with your family, this food is suitable to consider. And when you have the opportunity to prepare, food will be very easy to prepare and will not make your stomach growl with hunger.

Oh my!!! That really does look and sound delicious!! and not overly complicated to make either! Chicken is such a versatile meat to work with and I buy it often! I would love to try this because we are a house filled with people who really enjoy spicy foods.
I don't suppose you would be able to either post a recipe or share a link to a recipe which you know is a good one? (Because I would not be able to know if The one I am choosing is tasty or not)
I must also add that the plating and presentation is just lovely!!! Those plates are so well suited - they remind me of poppadums :D - which I LOVE!!! :)
