I invite all my Steemians friends to my new blog. I hope you are all well and healthy. Alhamdulillah, by the infinite mercy of Allah, I am also well. Bangladesh is called the land of pitha puli, since the winter season is going on, Bengalis organize special pitha puli arrangements in every house with their family and loved ones. I also wake up in the morning and start arranging bhapa pitha. Who doesn't like to eat steaming bhapa pitha on a winter morning.

To make bhapa pitha, I have prepared everything at hand, including date molasses, rice powder made from new paddy rice, and coconut husk. It is so fun to eat hot bhapa pitha in the cold weather of the morning. I really like to enjoy the winter atmosphere, and it is fun to make different types of winter pitha and enjoy it with my family. However, I made instant bhapa pitha and served it to everyone.

After enjoying the pitha, I got ready to take my son to school and I got ready myself. At 10 am, I took my son to school by rickshaw. Upon reaching school, I dropped my son off in the classroom. Then I waited outside the school with other parents until the school was dismissed.

Cooking time

It was almost 12:30 pm when I returned from school, I had less time to cook for lunch. I quickly cut the fish I bought from the market. There were boal fish and rui fish, I cut them very nicely to cook the fish in the afternoon, washed and cleaned them. Then I made all the preparations for cooking them. After finishing cooking, I was busy with some other household chores. After work, I took a bath and had lunch, then rested for some time.

After an hour of rest, I felt quite tired in the afternoon. To refresh myself, I made my favorite spicy milk tea. The aroma of cardamom and hot milk tea constantly refreshed me. After tea, I went to Court Station with my sons and niece to do some necessary work in the evening.

I went to Faisal Garments at Court Station to get my sister's daughter's school dress made. Faisal Garments sells dresses to all educational institutions in Rajshahi city. I went there to get a burqa made for my sister's school. I recorded the information required for making the burqa in the tailor's work, then I received the receipt given by the garment.

We entered Tasty Treat Bakery

After finishing our work at Faisal Garments, we went to Tasty Treat Bakery located on Court Station Road. The ambiance of this bakery is very nice, and clean. I often visit this bakery with my sons to eat their delicious food. We sat on the comfortable seats of the bakery and confirmed our order at the counter. I ordered chicken momos and ice cream.

It took about 10 minutes for our food to be served on the table. Hot chicken momos with spicy dumpling sauce. After enjoying our food, we paid the bill, our total bill was 160 bdt in steem price 14.5 steem. After paying the bill, we left for home.

I spent my precious time of the day in this way in various activities. Despite the busyness, I spent some free time with the children which made my day complete. I am ending it here like today, I will be back with a new diary blog. May everyone be well, Allah Hafez.
