Winter is coming. And while this winter is a joy for some, it is also a pain for some. When everyone is wandering around with the cold approaching, I am sitting at home feeling sad. Because winter does not suit my body. And as soon as winter comes, it brings with it cold, cough and all sorts of unpleasant guests. So I have to stay at home to keep all these guests company. But does that stop cooking? Cooking has to be done.

Delicious and fun Polau recipe

First, I put a frying pan on the stove and added a generous amount of oil and onion.

Then, when the onions turned a little red, I added ginger paste, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, peppercorns, bay leaves, and a generous amount of salt to them and fried all the spices together.

Now I added the washed polour rice to the spices and stirred it in.
Step-4 :

Now I fried the rice well in the spices and added enough water to it.
Step-5 :

This time, after adding water, I covered it with a lid and kept it covered for at least 15 minutes. Then, without lifting it, I checked the position of the pollard.
Step-6 :

Now I saw that the polao still had some cooking left. So I covered it again and stirred it a few times.
Step-7:

Now when I saw that it had completely cooked and was crisp, I added a few green chilies to it and stirred it with the polenta.
Final Output :

Now when I saw that the whole thing was complete, I took it down to serve it hot. And then for the final output, I decorated the top of the pole with onion rings and raisins.
Presentation

To be honest, that recipe from that day was great. It was as full of flavor as it was aroma. When I sprinkled some onion brinjal on top, it looked great too. So I thought I should share such a great recipe.
