Samia Pharmacy is located below the Seba Clinic on Kotchandpur Road, Kaliganj Bazar.Sergeant Md. Golam Mostafa has been running this pharmacy with Tsunami for a long time.Since there is a clinic above this pharmacy, there is always a high demand for medicines in this pharmacy.This pharmacy is located next to the Kaliganj Kotchandpur highway, which makes it very convenient to travel here. The hospital performs all types of surgeries, so patients can purchase all the medicines they need from this pharmacy.This pharmacy is privately owned.This pharmacy was established under the supervision of Sergeant Md. Golam Mostafa.

Samia Pharmacy is not very large in size but the pharmacy is very nicely decorated with medicines inside.Samia Pharmacy is very clean inside.Since the seba clinic is located above the pharmacy, all types of surgeries are performed in this hospital.So, patients have everything from their necessary surgery medicines to patient medicines, all neatly arranged in this pharmacy.Each pharmacy staff has neatly arranged the medicines in different levels so that they can easily provide the medicines to the patient when they need them and it won't take them long to find them.The pharmacy has all the surgical medicines and equipment, as well as all the medicines and baby products needed by children.

4. Pricing and Discounts
At Samia Pharmacy, the shopkeeper offers special discounts on every medicine.When someone purchases medicine for more than 500 taka, he gives a 5% discount.I often buy medicines from this pharmacy for other members of my family.The manufacturing and expiry dates and the price of the medicine are given on the reverse side of each medicine box.Through which employees can easily get an idea of the price of medicines You will get discounts on all medicines at this pharmacy.Since there is a hospital above this pharmacy where various types of surgeries are performed, they sell medicines according to prescriptions.If any customer submits their prescription at the counter, the staff can easily dispense the necessary medicines.The prices of some of the medicines I need are included below.

Golam Mostafa, has been running this pharmacy for a long time with Biswast.He is very strict about his rules and regulations because he always keeps medicines in his pharmacy and returns them to the company when they expire.He honestly follows all the rules and regulations when selling medicines.He has been running this pharmaceutical business for a long time with a good reputation, but no customer has been able to file any complaint against him till date. He is running the business so honestly and with integrity.

Samia Pharmacy has two to three paid employees.They are trained from different places.They came to this pharmacy with experience from various pharmacies.He is the owner of the pharmacy and is experienced.The staff at their pharmacy are very friendly and helpful people.They treat customers very politely.If a customer doesn't understand something, they explain it to them very simply.The pharmacy staff is so friendly that everyone flocks to this pharmacy to buy medicine.They administer medications to patients according to prescriptions and write down the instructions for taking each medication very neatly on the opposite side.So that patients can easily understand the rules for taking medication.This benefits patients greatly.
7. Facilities and Amenities
Since Samia Pharmacy is located next to the Kotchandpur Kaliganj highway, there is ample space next to the road.Since there is a hospital above the pharmacy, there is ample parking.The hospital has well-arranged parking for doctors from various medical universities who come here to perform various types of operations.Their cars are parked here with maximum security.The pharmacy has CCTV cameras for round-the-clock monitoring.
8. Hygiene and Safety
The pharmacy sells medicines in compliance with all hygiene regulations.Since the Covid pandemic, employees have been providing customer service by following hygiene guidelines such as wearing masks.Samia Pharmacy is clean and tidy.Employees serve customers following their hygiene rules and they spray disinfectant every now and then.They wear gloves and face masks and serve customers.The owner of Samia Pharmacy is very health conscious and runs the pharmacy following all hygiene rules.He is maintaining a certain distance from each patients and is going to serve.Many times customers forget to wear masks. He provides masks to customers for free.

I usually buy the medicines I need for myself and my family from Samia Pharmacy.I feel like I have developed a friendly relationship with every employee at this pharmacy, starting with the owner.The owner gives me a certain discount after I purchase the medicine.If for any reason I need to return my medication, they accept it very easily and sometimes refund me the cost of the prescribed medication.Which is different from other pharmacies I can buy all kinds of necessary medicines at this pharmacy.Many times it is seen that medicines from different companies are not available in different pharmacies, but Samia Pharmacy stocks medicines from all companies.So that customers do not have to be harassed, they stock medicines from various renowned companies and provide services to customers.
