"SLC30-W5" // "The Street Food Gastronomic Route" Bread stall.

Dear friends, I hope everyone is well. I am also Alhamdulillah, very well by the endless mercy of Allah. An important topic of the fifth week of the engagement contest has been presented. Centering on that topic, I will present a bread shop in front of you. Various places have discussed different diseases, and in many posts, bread and loaves have been presented. However, I will discuss only a shop that sells wheat bread or whole wheat bread.

This shop, called Golap, is located in our Bogura city on the road from Satmatha to Gola Patti, in the Golap Patti area. There is no separate room or such place; instead, they have set up a small stall on the pavement and sell like this throughout the day. Wheat bread is one of the most delicious and healthy foods in Bangladesh. In another language, it is called red wheat bread.

At all these places, people who are health-conscious, those with diabetes, and those who want to avoid any oily food or want to eat something nice and healthy in the morning, mainly eat this red wheat or wheat flour bread. I also never miss it; whenever I go there, I definitely eat it. It is a small stall enclosed on all sides, with shelves inside. There is water and a water tap for the food.

Here, mainly only wheat breads are sold, and along with that, they also prepare all the foods that customers would like to eat and what they would prefer to eat with this bread. The owner of the sweet shop here is named Akkel Ali. I also spoke to someone for a long time, and the amount of income he earns is more than what the four of us together earn in a month. That means, even though the profession is of lower status, the income is very high.

Anyway, first they buy the wheat flour and soak it, then they knead it nicely. After that, they gradually make big breads. Now arrangements have also been made for what the customers will eat with this bread. There are mashed potatoes, vegetables, jaggery, vermicelli, and a mixture of onion and chili paste. Additionally, there are eggs, which you can have fried if you want. However, even though everything else is free, you have to pay for the fried egg.

Because it is beside the road and convenient, it is an advantage for everyone, and everyone likes to eat such food early in the morning. There is not much scenery or anything particularly spectacular to see at this shop. So I captured pictures of whatever was in front of me and made a small video, which I have presented below.
