It was a beautiful day of my final Roza, our journey to the village, and unforgettable Chand Raat moments.
Assalam-O-Alikum Friends,
Yesterday was the last day of Ramzan and also my final Roza, so the whole day felt very emotional and special for me. I woke up early in the morning for Sehri with my family. There was a different feeling in my heart because it was the last Roza of this blessed month. While having Sehri, I kept thinking how quickly these beautiful days of Ramzan passed. After Sehri, I offered Fajr Namaz and made dua to Allah to accept all our Roza, prayers, and good deeds.
After that, I continued with my daily household work. Even though the day felt a little tiring, I tried to spend it in a peaceful and meaningful way. I recited Quran, remembered Allah, and took some rest in between. The last Roza always feels different because along with patience, there is also a sense of satisfaction that we were able to complete the entire month of fasting. At the same time, there was a slight sadness in my heart that Ramzan was coming to an end.
In the evening, instead of staying at home, we left for our village. There was a different kind of excitement because we wanted to celebrate Eid with our family there. While going, we also bought some items for Iftari from the market. The markets were very crowded as everyone was busy with last-minute shopping. People were buying fruits, snacks, sweets, and many other things. Even in the rush, the festive atmosphere was clearly visible everywhere.
We did our Iftari during the journey itself. Breaking the last Roza while traveling felt like a unique experience. We opened our fast with dates and water, and then had some snacks that we had packed. Even though we were not at home, the feeling of Iftari was still very peaceful and satisfying. It reminded me that Roza is not just about place, but about intention and faith.
During our journey, something very beautiful happened. The moon for Eid was sighted, and it made the moment even more special. Our train stopped at a station for some time, and I got the chance to look at the sky. The view of the moon and stars was so beautiful and calming that I couldn’t stop myself from capturing it. I clicked some photos of the moon and shining stars. That moment felt magical, as it was the sign that Eid had arrived.
At night, while continuing our journey, we also started talking about Eid preparations. Even though we were traveling, there was excitement in our hearts. We discussed our plans for the next day, our clothes, and how we would celebrate with family. There was happiness all around, but also a soft sadness because Ramzan had ended.
Before going to sleep, I made dua and thanked Allah for giving me the strength to complete all the Roza. This last day of Ramzan was full of emotions, from the peaceful Sehri to the unique Iftari during travel, and finally the beautiful sight of the Eid moon. It was truly a memorable and special day that I will always remember.

This post is richer than the previous diary entries—there’s real narrative flow: morning Sehri, traveling Iftari, and the magical Eid moon. You can almost feel the mixture of joy and melancholy as Ramzan ends.
But don’t kid yourself most readers will skim. To make it stick, highlight one striking moment, like the moon sighting, with sensory detail or a tiny reflection on what that moment meant to you personally. Right now, it’s thorough but emotionally flattened.
Thank you so much for your honest feedback. I really appreciate it. You are right, the moon sighting was a very special moment for me, and I should have explained that feeling more deeply. I will try to add more personal emotions and details in my next posts.
Thank you @max-pro
