Assalamualaikum friends, how are you all? I hope you are all well. I am also well, Alhamdulillah, by the grace of God. I have come to you today with a beautiful blog of mine. Before starting my blog, first of all, I would like to wish everyone a happy spring. So on the occasion of this spring, I went to the spring fair today. Everyone is familiar with the fair, especially we Bengalis. Fairs are a tradition of our Bengalis. When I was young, I enjoyed the fair very much. I loved riding the fair's merry-go-round. I also bought many toys made of clay there. I miss those days very much. But in today's fairs, I rarely get the feeling of childhood. Today, I went to the spring fair at Kushtia Shilpakala.
We were very happy to go there. Today was Friday, so I asked Guy Husband to take me for a walk outside. He said get ready, so I quickly got ready and went to the spring fair. It was illuminated with many lights. As soon as I entered, I saw a cultural program going on. There were a lot of people and we were looking around the different stalls. While visiting the stalls, I saw that there was a balloon bursting competition going on, so my sister and my husband ran there to burst the balloons with a gun. My sister burst many balloons there. I took my son to another stall because he insisted on buying toys, so I took him to the stall to buy toys.
Then we visited the different stalls and bought different foods. We went to different stalls like cakes, chicken rolls, puddings, jhalmuri, ice cream and other different types of stalls, ate and drank, and did some shopping. Some stalls also had small clay crafts. They looked very cute, I really liked them. Some stalls showcased our Bengali heritage. They were selling different types of handmade crafts and natural things.
We spent a long time wandering around like this, it was nine in the night. So we left there and returned home. Our moments of visiting the fair today were very wonderful. I feel very proud that I was able to make my children experience different Bengali traditions by visiting this fair because my children got to know about the Bengali tradition fair and saw different crafts of the fair. This day will be memorable for us. My child was very happy to go out with his parents after visiting with me and my husband.
I think children should be given one day off a week to spend time with them, show them different educational things and give them an idea about it. I hope you agree with me.
