How are you all of my steemian friends. I am good.Hope you all are well.Today I am sharing my another dairy post.
On holidays, my morning starts a bit later than usual. I enjoy sleeping in and resting a little longer. Even though this increases the workload later in the day, I simply do not want to miss out on that extra morning sleep. Compared to other days, I prioritize a bit of leisure on holiday mornings; amidst the day's busyness, this brief period of rest feels like a small joy just for myself.

After waking up, I had breakfast. Once breakfast was over, I started getting my son ready for his drawing class. Before he left for the class, I helped him for a while to complete the lessons and homework assigned by his teacher. He had let some of last week's work pile up.

Since accumulating work like this could cause problems for his studies later on, I scolded him a bit about it. My intention in scolding him wasn't to hurt his feelings, but rather to help him build the habit of finishing his assignments on time.

I have been living in Chattogram for nearly seven years. Since I have no relatives here, I rarely attend family gatherings. However, I recently had the opportunity to attend a wedding. Upon arriving at the venue, I first met the bride and introduced myself, as we were not previously acquainted. Afterward, we all had lunch together.

Once lunch was over, I spent some time chatting with the other guests. Finally, after spending quite a while there, I left the community center and headed towards the market.

After leaving the community center, I spotted a nearby "Bay" brand shoe showroom offering discounts ranging from 40% to 60%. Since I had some spare time, I decided to step inside and browse the shoes. Generally, discounts of 40% to 60% make shopping feel like a great deal.

However, these discounts often apply only to specific, selected products, making it quite difficult to find a pair that I actually like. After all, there is no point in buying something just because it is discounted if it doesn't appeal to me. So, I ultimately abandoned the idea of buying shoes and left the showroom.

After that, I visited a jewelry shop at Kohinoor Shopping City Center. Gold prices are currently skyrocketing, so I cannot afford to buy real gold jewelry. To satisfy my desire to wear jewelry, 'City Gold' pieces seemed like a great alternative.

At the shop, I really liked a chain and a ring. The shopkeeper quoted a price of 900 Taka approximately 170 STEEM per pair.However, sticking to my budget, I offered 700 Taka (about 155 STEEM), but the seller did not agree to that price. Consequently, I had to return empty-handed. After, I took a rickshaw back home. Once home, I freshened up and rested for a while before turning my attention back to my daily tasks. That is how I spent my holiday happily and pleasantly.

You wrote a really nice diary. I especially liked your way of expressing your daily activities. Although you enjoyed taking some extra rest on the holiday, your day still felt quite busy to me. Getting your son ready for his drawing class and helping him with his studies are not easy tasks.
I liked that you helped your son but also scolded him a little so that he becomes more active and learns to finish his studies on time.
Your breakfast also looked healthy. I personally like having eggs for breakfast too.
Attending a wedding with your family must have been a nice experience. Which food did you like the most at the wedding?
Usually, wedding food contains quite a lot of oil, which can sometimes make it uncomfortable to eat. I have faced this problem many times in my life. But the food you showed looked quite healthy to me. I also really liked the interior of the community center.
Nowadays, showrooms sometimes offer big discounts on products that are not really attractive or useful to us. I have experienced this a few times too. A big discount is not enough to make me buy something if I don't actually like the product.
