| Ingredients for Golap Jamuns |
| Ingredients | Quantity |
| Bread | 1 little packet |
| Powder milk | 3 teaspoon |
| Liquid milk | Half cup |
| Sugar | As per taste |
| Water | 2 cup |
| Oil | As per quantity |
| Cinnamon | 1 piece |
| Cardamom | 2 piece |
| Flour | 2 teaspoon |
First, I will cut off the brown part of the sides of the breads. Then I will take the breads in a blender jar and blend them well.
Now I will take the blended bread in a bowl and then I will add 3 teaspoons of powdered milk, 2 teaspoons of flour and mix them well together. Now I will make a soft dough by adding liquid milk little by little.
Now I will take a little bit of the dough and give it a round shape with the help of both hands. While giving the round shape in this way, I will definitely apply a little oil on both hands so that the dough does not stick to our hands.
Now I will make the sugar syrup. To make the sugar syrup, first I will add 2 cups of water in a pan and add sugar to it as per taste. I will add 2 cardamoms and 1 cinnamon stick and stir for a while to make the sugar syrup. When I see that the syrup is thickening and it has a little sticky feel, I will remove the syrup from the stove and keep it aside.
Now to fry the golal jamuns, first add some oil to a pan and preheat it. Once the oil is preheated, I will add the golap jamuns one by one and then take some time to turn them over and fry them until they turn golden brown. Of course, the heat of the stove will be on medium low while frying them. Once they are fried, I will remove the golap jamuns from the oil.
While they are hot, I will put the golap jamuns in the sugar syrup and mix them well with the syrup. Then I will keep them like this for 1 hour.
After an hour, I decorated the golap jamuns as per my taste and served them, along with a note with my username.
Finally, I took a selfie with the recipe I made.

✅Do you face any difficulty during making this recipe? |
Today, the sweet that I made from bread is called golap jamuns, which is very delicious to eat. It is not that difficult to make, but today I had to face a little problem. Today, when I was rolling the sweets with my hands, slight cracks were forming on them, I could not fix it even after trying a lot. Because of which I started frying the sweets, they were bursting slightly, which I was very disappointed to see, but my sweets came out delicious, just like the sweets from the store.

✅At what occasion do you want to make it? |
Usually, sweets are eaten on any special occasion in our country. Eid is our biggest festival for our Muslims, so I want to make Golap Jamun sweets on this Eid and feed them to all my family. Also, we can make and eat these sweets on normal days if we want, there is no need for a special day.☺️

Thank you very much for spending your valuable time reading my post. Goodbye for today, may you be well and healthy, may Allah protect you.🖤
