Many of us do not want to eat this amla because it is bitter, which is rich in vitamin C. Especially children. But if you can make pickles like this, everyone, young and old, can enjoy eating it. So today I have come with this delicious amla recipe. The reason why it is called delicious is that eating amla increases the taste of the mouth. Those who are sick and cannot eat food, if they can make this amla pickle, then their taste will return. This is why this pickle recipe is called delicious. | Turmeric powder | Half spoon |
| Chili powder | 1 spoon |
| Suger | 1 spoon |
| Vinegar | 1 spoon |
Cooking Steps
First, I washed the amalaki.
Then I lightly steamed the amalaki and raw chilies in hot water and drained the water.
On the other hand, I added a little water to the tamarind and extracted the tamarind pulp.
Now I put the pan on the stove and when the pan was hot, I added a generous amount of mustard oil to it. Then when the oil was hot, I added the garlic cloves and then the garlic paste and fried them.
Now I roasted it well with turmeric and chili powder. When it was well-ground, I pounded it well with tamarind.
Then I added a generous amount of salt and a spoonful of sugar. I added a little sugar to enhance the taste. Adding a little sugar doubles the flavor of any food.
Then I mixed it with turmeric powder and a little vinegar and mixed it down.

To be honest, this pickle was so delicious to eat, it goes without saying. Amalaki pickle tastes very delicious when eaten with khichdi and roti.
