Today I will review Rupali Bank PLC Lakshmipur branch of Rupali Bank Limited located in Rajshahi city. Rupali Bank PLC is one of the leading state-owned commercial banks in Bangladesh, which was established in 1972 and converted into a public limited company on 14 December 1986. The name of the bank was changed from Rupali Bank Limited to Rupali Bank PLC on 14 December 2023. It provides modern banking services to its customers through more than 587 branches across the country.

I went to Rupali Bank PLC branch to deposit a check. This branch of Lakshmipur branch is located next to Zamzam Hospital, the main entrance will be visible after going up the stairs to the second floor. I followed the main entrance and entered inside. This branch of Rupali Bank Limited is decorated in a neat and orderly manner. The bank provides customer service from 10 am to 5 pm. To receive any service from the bank, the customer has to come to the bank between 10 am and 5 pm.

Numerous officers in the bank are busy providing customer service. The interior of the bank is decorated with different desks for each officer. There is a waiting room and seating arrangement for customers to wait. The bank is clean and well-equipped, CCTV cameras are installed in every corner of the bank, they are always active and monitor the movements of all customers and officers.
