Hello friends, today I am here to participate in this "SLC29-W3" // "The Gastronomic Shopping Route" - Delicatessen contest organized by @dasudi & @lirvic.

Cold cuts and dairy products are an important part of our daily life. We consume such foods at least once a week. But for this we must visit a supershop or a store selling these products to purchase them. I went to a store which sells cold cuts and dairy products. The name of this store is Power Carbonated Beverage. It is located in Dhaka, Purbachal.

This is a high quality showroom where various types of cold cuts and dairy products are sold. People from all walks of life come here just to take this test. The front of the shop is decorated very beautifully so that it attracts all the buyers from afar. There is an attractive door with lighting in front of the shop through which one has to enter.

A nice coloring structure is drawn in front of the door with a red and white color coating. This shop is fully sponsored by Power and Pran Beverage Company. There is a logo for dairy products in front. The interior decoration is set up very beautifully. Especially the lighting section and the machine section.

After entering inside, you can see different types of dairy products. They are beautifully arranged so that customers can choose from them. Each size is kept separately for the convenience of customers. Small, large, medium and different sizes of dairy products are kept. Some sections have cold cut products which are kept frozen and the dairy products are kept in special glass so that they do not spoil.

Here you will find different types of milk. The interior decoration is attractive so that customers can stand there and enjoy. You will find milk of different sizes and different qualities there. There is liquid milk and powdered milk. If you want, you can buy milk of any size and price according to your needs.

If you had to choose only one product from this delicatessen, which would be your favorite and why?

The products you see here are all high quality dairy products and their quality is very good. Here I saw various dairy products but in the contest question I have to choose only one product from the delicatessen then the favorite item will be "Cookies Combo".

This is the one you see in the picture below. I liked it but I have never eaten it before. But I know about its quality because I have seen its reviews. It is a combo pack which is made of dairy products. It has a few packets inside which I like. Currently its offer price is 250 taka or 27 STEEM. I took a picture of it in my hand because I liked it.

From your perspective, do you consider eating processed meat healthy or should it be avoided?

Since we live in Bangladesh, it would be reasonable for us to answer this question. From my point of view, I do not consider eating processed meat healthy in most cases. But it should not be avoided. Since we live in Bangladesh and we always eat fresh, unadulterated meat. We always buy fresh chicken, beef and pork from the market and slaughter them ourselves and process their meat for a few days.

However, if this processing process goes beyond the time limit, the quality of that meat deteriorates. That is why our Bangladeshi people dislike this processing. However, sometimes, due to circumstances, meat is processed for a few days. However, personally, we ourselves never eat processed meat, we only eat fresh meat.

Describe, to your liking, what should be on a charcuterie board.

There may be different items here but I have no experience in this as I rarely consume such products. If I were to describe my preference, I would say that a charcuterie board should first have a little butter. Also, we sometimes use cheese to make burgers.

So the cheese should be kept here in small packages. Although there was a small amount of cold cut products here, they are out of reach of people because their prices are very high. Since this shop is located in a public place and the decoration of this shop is very good, I think customers may have a demand for these items. However, there is enough space in the shop to arrange them.

The shop has a cash counter where a manager is always present. All the payments made by this shop are accepted online and offline. All the products are provided in a specific brand bag. There are some drinks inside the bridge which were interesting.

Especially juices, soft drinks, cold coffee, milk malai, milk lasci, tomato sauce etc. These are kept in a specific section and are given only according to the orders of the customers. So you can come to this shop for the supply of cold cuts and dairy products.
