Basically, this is a general clothing business in Bangladesh. So they do not give a money back guarantee when buying any product. It is not part of their business policy.

Does they have any return policy?

Yes, in some cases, they do return products. For example, if the product is too small or if there is a fault after bringing it home, then there is an opportunity to return it. Also, if the color of a product changes after washing it after purchasing it, then that can also be returned.
