🥰Assalamu alaikum friends🥰

Today I am here to join slc-s27/w3-A oneday street journalist. With the increase in population, there is a rise in transportation everywhere in the world, and as a result of this transportation, various stations are being created. We encounter different stations on our journeys every day, and beside them, there are various shops such as confectioneries, copy shops, and fruit shops, as well as different food stalls. Today, I have come to talk about a car station in my area and to write about a coffee shop located next to it. So, let’s get started.

01 Which transport station in your city did you visit? Review a business there.

About the Car Station

Today afternoon I go to Madhabdi old bus stand. The old bus stand has been demolished and a car station has now been created in this place, named such a microstand. All types of vehicles, from private cars to high-capacity vans, can be found here. This car station was established around 2019.This is the only car station for our Madhabdi city, and there is a bus station on its right side. All the vehicles are lined up beautifully like a serial, and there is no traffic jam. The afternoon atmosphere felt pleasant.

Next to this car station, there was a small coffee shop. I went to that coffee shop and spoke with the shopkeeper, who informed me that he established this shop three months ago. Essentially, it was like a small confectionery where, along with coffee, there were also dry snacks such as dry cakes, biscuits, chips, etc. Additionally, various types of cold drinks were available.

Have you ever bought anything from these stores? Show pictures + videos and show their prices.

I often buy food from these shops for my family and my son. Sometimes I bring back cold drinks and biscuits, but today I only ordered a cup of coffee from the shop, and that too for my little sister because I took her with me. Since there were a lot of people there and I don't take off my mask or eat in front of others, I didn't drink coffee. However, I really enjoy drinking coffee.

03 Why are passengers more attracted to these shops?

There are several reasons behind the attraction of workers and common people to the stalls, including reliance on a low budget, time, and convenience. The main reason, I believe, is that it is extremely important for low-income people and workers, as they can eat daily meals within a limited budget. In many cases, it is observed that people working long hours generally do not have much time, so they grab quick tea, coffee, and various light snacks from here. Moreover, travelers often sit for long periods, leading to laziness or fatigue, so they come to these stalls to have tea or coffee.

04 Are these businesses creating employment opportunities for local unemployed youth?

These businesses are definitely creating employment opportunities for local unemployed youth. Today I spoke with the owner of this shop, a young man who is running this store alongside his studies to combat unemployment. I learned that local people are benefiting from small stalls set up along the roads or at various transportation stations, which are helping to reduce unemployment and increase job opportunities. Given the rising population in the country, it's better to work with such small businesses to alleviate unemployment.
