Hi @michellechristie thank you for your offer to help. We would require you to complete all the achievement tasks or have a good understanding of how it works and it would help if you could make a post about each of the achievements post, summary of what needed to be done on the tasks by the newcomers in order for you to authorize them to the next achievement task. I will post about the application for Greeter Helpers shortly.

Saludos @cryptokannon, me gustaría ser ayudante de bienvenida, soy nuevo en steemit pero estoy bastante familiarizado con el funcionamiento, actualmente estoy en el logro 5 pero revisando los que me faltan tengo conocimiento acerca de su contenido, dedico cerca de 16 horas diarias a steemit en busca de poder avanzar dentro de la plataforma, si pudieran ponerme a prueba garantizo la revisión de mas de 50 publicaciones diarias y puedo hacerlo en un periodo de prueba sin recompensa a cambio, solo quiero hacer de steemit mi trabajo fijo y estable, agradecería si me ayudara , se del gran trabajo que desempeña y la admiro por eso. saludos.

Hola amiga @misscoquetas, primero que todo quiero darte la bienvenida a steemit, pude ver en tu perfil que aun no has publicado, el primer paso sera que hagas una publicación de presentación normal, puedes comentarnos acerca de lo que te gustaría hacer en steemit, tus datos personales de donde eres y cosas así, incluyes al menos un par de fotos, esta publicación la puedes hacer en la comunidad de recién llegados o Newcomers Comunity.

Con respecto a lo que me comentas de los logros efectivamente se nos asignan una serie de logros que deberemos completar, este es el enlace de los parámetros que debes seguir para realizar tu logro nro 1. Información de los logros, una vez publiques tu logro 1 deberás esperar un par de días a que un CR te lo revise y valide, en ese momento te dará el enlace para el logro siguiente y así hasta el final.

El siguiente paso sera publicar si esta a tu alcance algo que llamamos el juego del diario, como su nombre lo dice se trata de que publiques lo sucedido en tu día a día, si quieres puedes ver en mis publicaciones mis diarios, incluyes el saludo, y cuentas la secuencia de tu día, incluyes una foto un párrafo de unas 6 lineas y así, puedes ver las etiquetas que debes colocar en mis diarios, y estas publicaciones del diario las vas a hacer en la comunidad Steemit Nursery

Great Idea @adeljose. It would make things a lot easier but many newcomers almost forget to add achievement1 tag and even their country tag. Also they are looking for guidance here and there. All they get is the Notice Board by Cryptokannon. So it would be upto cryptokannon perhaps to update this tag in the Notice board posts.
Also if this has to be done, then there are the country tags that differentiate the posts, so how would adding this tag be more beneficial?
Some mixed thoughts in my mind regarding this. Sounds great at first, but a little awkward and less useful after a while..

There is one weakness for this; which is the newcomers usually forgot to put the correct/required tag to make our work less hard.
it is good for other greeters that only curate/checking one specific language for example spanish written post, or indonesian language posts and etc. Not that much help for English written posts curators..

You have to try to ease the process, and moving between publications has been uphill, because sometimes it takes a while or you go back to the beginning.
you may propose the suggestion first and see how it will be beneficial to both the curators and newcomers. For Spanish speakers greeters, it would help them filter through the post, but usually, newcomers forgot to put a correct tag on their post and if the curator/greeter checking the post based on tag, these posts without a correct tag would be missed by them.
Yes, the truth is that the use of tags has been a problem, I will try to do something that stimulates and facilitates the visualization and review of the publications related to achievements.

You guys are working very hard to make everything possible. Yes this platform is growing up with speed and more beautifully... I am from Pakistan and In my village many people are joining this platform quickly.. but we have a very big problem that in our country pakistan there are 4 provinces... As our two pakistani Country Representative are there but the distance between our province and their province is too much there is no Air transport and by road it took 2 days to reach there !
In short we want a country Representative from our province "Punjab"
And we all are supporting Sir @yousafharoonkhan due to his hardwork for steemit as he is leading us from the first in punjab.. it will be good for us and as well as for rapidly growing platform of STEEMIT. As Sir Yousafharoonkhan has also submitted an application for COUNTRY REPRESENTATIVEs.. so please you can check his application and his rankings in steemit and also you will realize his hardwork what he done for steemit !
