Today I am going to share with you some discussion about physical exercise. I saw a few days ago that @ashkhan bhai had organized a Steemit Learning Challenge-S27W1 contest for us. Whenever I saw such a competition about physical exercise skills, I really liked it. I myself like to do physical exercise every morning after waking up. When I was living in the mess in Kushtia city, I used to go to the government gymnasium every day and exercise there, then physical fitness was really good. I think physical exercise is very important for every person to stay healthy, so after seeing the post competition, I thought that I will participate in the competition this time. So today I have come to share my competition post with you. But let's share today's competition post with you..........
Task 1: First you have to share your knowledge about pain, it's type and pathology.
When I was preparing to participate in the exercise magazine, I didn't have much space for exercise at home. So yesterday afternoon, in preparation for the exercise, a few of us went for a run on the street in the afternoon for exercise. We exercised there and took several pictures of the exercises I did. In fact, I always pay a lot of attention to my physical fitness. I have a gym in my area so far, and I go to the gym almost every day. In fact, it is very necessary for us to have physical fitness. If we have physical fitness, there are many less diseases in people. So I think that every person needs physical exercise to stay healthy.
Pain
I will discuss with you about pain. Pain is mainly of two types in the first stage of human beings, acute pain and chronic pain. In fact, when we break our arms and legs somewhere, we feel severe pain. Chronic pain is the cause of our physical diseases. If the veins and arteries of our body dry up and if one side of the body shifts to the other, then we can have chronic pain. In fact, both pains are very harmful.
Types
Since we have mainly discussed two types of pain. Acute pain and chronic pain. Acute pain is when there is a lot of severe pain when something happens, we identify it as acute pain. Chronic pain is when we feel pain slowly in that area after it is applied and that pain stays in our body for a long time. This is chronic pain and I think that is the most harmful.
Acute Pain
Acute pain is basically caused by an accident or injury in our body. For example, if we ever have an accident on the road and people get injured, we feel a really severe pain. For example, we identify injuries like a broken leg, broken arm, or a cracked head as acute pain.
Chronic Pain
I will now discuss chronic pain. Chronic pain is a pain that can persist in every human body for months or years. For example, when you lift something on your head, your neck twists or your hands twist. If you get a bump somewhere in the body, it can be chronic pain. In fact, chronic pain is painful for every human being. Of course, every human being should be aware of all these diseases.
Pathology
Pathology is very painful through severe pain. When the diseased tissues in the body of an elderly person are destroyed, people suffer from severe pain or pathology. It is very important for each of us to be free from disease. If these pains, such as abdominal pain or chest pain, become severe, it is really difficult to bear. Therefore, we should always pay attention to health awareness and try to stay connected with various types of exercises and exercises. I think if people are connected with exercise, then many diseases can be free. You should try to keep physical exercise regular from your own place.
Task 2: You have to find a patient with the symptom and share history of injury or illness. You can also share your history too if your suffer from any injury recently or previously that hasn't treated yet.
A few days ago, when I carried a sack of rice on my head, I felt a lot of pain in my neck and jaw. Since I was involved in all the pain myself, there was no need to find a patient for other pains. When I myself started doing neck and jaw exercises standing on the side of the road, I took a few pictures with the little boys next to me on my mobile phone to share with you. Actually, when the neck pains come at night, I feel severe pain when I lie down in bed. Actually, these pains are chronic pains. I suffer a lot every day because of this pain, but if I do neck exercises regularly in the afternoon and after waking up in the morning, I do not feel pain. So I try to maintain physical fitness by exercising regularly.
I had pain in my lower abdomen. It was the rainy season in our area a few days ago. When it was raining heavily, I was working in the field in the water. At that moment, when I was running home, I fell on the road. At that moment, I felt a lot of pain in my lower abdomen. As you can see, I was doing the lower abdomen exercises with my hands down. Since I myself am involved in this disease, I did not feel the need to look for other patients. I myself did the exercises to maintain physical fitness and I am sharing them with you through photographs.
Task 3: It would be better if you treat the patient pain by performing or apply above given exercises or tips, share videos or pictures while performing and then review after getting treatment.
I had a little problem with my knee and leg veins, so when I was exercising my legs, I took pictures with several of my younger brothers and friends. Actually, exercising is very difficult and physically painful, but at the end of the exercise, there is happiness and peace. Every one of us should do physical exercise, even if it is a little bit, every day. I think that through physical exercise, people can maintain their age for a long time and can restore their physical radiance, so you should always try to exercise to maintain your physical fitness.

The moment when I was standing on the side of the road under the open sky and exercising in the afternoon was really great and unforgettable for me. The moment of exercising amidst the natural beauty was quite enchanting. In fact, I do many types of exercises every afternoon, starting from running, just to maintain my own physical fitness.
