Now I will mix water in the flour. Of course, caution should be taken while adding water. So I made the flour dough by adding little water.

Step-08

Now I will roll the breads. For this I put a pan in the oven. After the pan got hot, I put the bread in it. I slowly turned it upside down and sprinkled oil and fried it well.

Finally my potato paratha is ready. My recipe is now ready to eat.

Have you ever made potato paratha? Write something about it.

1000160916.jpg

I had eaten potato paratha before. But I had not made it with my own hands. This was the first time I made it with my own hands. It was a different experience for me. I know how to make bread. But rolling potatoes inside the bread dough was a bit difficult. Even then I was able to complete it successfully. I enjoyed my Tairi recipe with other family members. It was very delicious.

I really enjoyed your post on making potato parathas. You have shown the entire process so beautifully step by step that it is easy to follow. Potato stuffed parathas are a very popular dish in South Asia and are usually eaten as breakfast or snacks.
The parathas you made look very soft and delicious.
