| Gram flour | 2 cup |
| Chopped onion | 2 tbsp |
| Chopped green chili | 1 tbsp |
| Chopped coriander leaves | 2 tbsp |
| Garlic paste | A little |
| Chili powder | Half tbsp |
| Turmeric powder | 3 pinch |
| Cumin powder | 2 pinch |
| Soda | 1 tbsp |
| Mustard oil | 2 tbsp |
| Water | 1 cup |
| Oil | as per quantity |
| & salt | as per taste |
First, take the boiled potatoes on a plate and mash them well with your hands.
Now, on one side of the plate, add chopped onion, green chilli, coriander leaves and salt to taste and mix them well with your hands. Then add a little mustard seed and mix them well again.
Once the mixture is mixed, mix them well with the mashed potatoes. Now, take a little bit of the potato filling and shape it into a round flat shape. In this way, shape all the potato chops.
Now, take a quantity of gram flour in a bowl, then add all the spices like turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin powder, a little baking soda, a little garlic paste and salt to taste and mix everything well.
Then add little water to it and mix well to make a batter. Of course, the batter should not be too thin or too thick.
Now, place a pan on the stove and add enough oil so that the potato chops can be fried in the oil. Then, one by one, dip all the potatoes in the gram flour batter, turn them over, coat them well in the batter, and put them in the hot oil.
In this way, dip all the potato chops in the batter and fry them well in the hot oil. Fry the potato chops until they are golden brown. When they are fried, remove them from the oil.
