It really is tough at first on Steem. Not that I can remember that well. But it’s challenging that when you have the most passion and excitement about being on Steem and writing great content is when you are least likely to get visibility and upvotes.

It’s true — getting involved with people is the way to get more attention and support for your posts! If I quit my job, I could get really good at it! 😁
