Can you look into the mirror at yourself and be true to yourself? You can fool everyone else, but when you start fooling your own self; then you're having real issues, that needs proper handling. You cannot really become your best self if you don't learn to be true to yourself. Until you're able to look into your own eyeball and tell yourself the truth, becoming successful may be difficult.

Most people are just not hard working, in what they do. If you're one of such people, you have to first identify and relate with the fact that you're lazy. We all tend to have lazy days once in a while, but for some people, it goes on like that. Which is wrong. When you accept this truth about yourself, you can start working on ways to work more; because of a truth to become really successful you most times have to work harder than everyone else.

You know the right thing to do, you just don't do it. This is yet another thing that people lie to themselves about. Most times, you know that you should be awake and start your day early, but yet you find yourself still sleeping late into the morning. Some people even sleep into their afternoons. You should tell yourself the truth, and stop such behavior or habit.

Let your dreams drive you. Challenge yourself to become more. You must also understand that you'll suffer the consequences of your negligence of today. Being true to yourself would also require some good level of self realization and soul searching; because it will be impossible to be true to yourself, when you've not even discovered who you really are.

You have to identify your weaknesses. Tell yourself, and work to fix it. Hold yourself accountable. It's a good thing to know your weaknesses, and areas you're just no good at. That way you avoid those things, or work hard to improve on them. What you really want is to know your strength, knowing those very things you're good at, can easily be translated to money making. If you want to truly excel as a business person, then you have to be true to yourself. Face the facts always.
