Silence is perhaps an act of prudence, and this second is a virtue that should accompany us at all times, this because as you mention in your publication silence is gold and even if talking has become a habit, however, this habit applies at times where we are usually exposed to an exchange of heated words, On the other hand, in the case of business contexts, silence can be interpreted as a bad habit, since the ideal is that the entrepreneur or salesperson should act in an extroverted way. Excellent publication.
