How are you all? I hope you are well. I am also fine by the grace of Allah. Today, I have come to participate in the first week of the Steemit Challenge SLC-S32/W2, organized by the Honorable organizer @pea07 and @sohanurrahman sir. They brought a wonderful and thoughtful challenge, whose name is "Frames of My World : Nature Through My Lens"I feel proud to participate in this challenge.

Today I have arrived at Hatirjheel Lake, one of the capital, Dhaka's main natural recreation centers. The lake, a large natural area, has become the main recreation center for city dwellers. Today I will visit Hatirjheel Lake and set a pin on the steem-atlas map.

A place looks like an island

The history of Hatirjheel is very old. It is known from the pages of history that Bhawal Raja used to keep his trained elephants in Peelkhana in Dhaka, and they were brought to this wetland through Elephant Road and Hatipool. The reservoir was named Hatirjheel as the elephants' roaming ground. At one time, this lake was connected to the extinct Narai River. Then, due to various reasons, this lake became isolated from everything. In 1995, the Bangladesh government took the initiative to renovate this huge lake and started work by setting a budget of 2236.02 crore (US$180 million). Hatirjheel Lake was opened to the public in 2013. With this, a long-standing desire of the city dwellers was fulfilled.

The natural place called Hatir Jheel is located in the place called Hatir Jheel. That is, the lake located in the place called Hatir Jheel is also known as Hatir Jheel.
Hatir Jheel is located in the center of the capital, Dhaka. Hatir Jheel is located at the coordinates 23°44′58.47″N 90°23′48.35″E. The police station located here is also known as Hatir Jheel Police Station. This huge rectangular lake is surrounded by populated areas. For example, to the south of the lake is the country's most modern 5-star hotel, Sonargaon Hotel. From there, it extends to Banasree in the north. Again, the important places that surround the lake are Tejgaon, Gulshan, Badda, Rampura, Banasree, Niketan, and Moghbazar. The renovation of the lake has made the transportation of people in these areas easier.

Hatir Jheel Lake is a tourist attraction. It is a lake that is the center of entertainment for millions of people. The lake is very beautiful for the visitors and me for many reasons. For example,
The capital, Dhaka, is a densely populated city. There is a great lack of places for entertainment for millions of people. Especially, there is a great lack of natural water bodies. This lake has been able to eliminate that lack to a great extent.

Excellent place for observation

Due to its large size, thousands of people gather here, but no crowd is observed. After the renovation of the lake, several steps have been taken to attract visitors. For example, there is a special bus system to go around the lake because the entire lake cannot be observed on foot. That is why this bus system is in place. There is a water taxi to travel around the lake. With which the entire lake can be observed at any time. The lake is decorated in an incredible way at night to attract tourists.

The lights of different colors illuminate the entire Hatirjheel, especially the bridges located here, as well as the flowers and shrubs that have been decorated around the lake to enhance its beauty. Which is considered a wonderfully decorated area. The visitors who come here are fascinated by the appearance, get peace of mind, and their body and mind become refreshed.

This does not end here, thousands of people come here every day to visit in the afternoon, especially couples come to Hatirjheel for entertainment.
The restaurants located here are floating restaurants, boat-shaped restaurants, and many colorful boats that can be used to travel around the entire lake. There is also an amphitheater with a capacity of 2,000 spectators, a 120-meter-long colorful musical fountain, where time-controlled sound waves and music tracks turn it into a three-dimensional structure.

The lake has become one of the favorite entertainment centers for both city dwellers and tourists. The fresh air and breathtaking views of Hatirjheel attract everyone. Hatirjheel Lake is my special favorite for many reasons.

Hatirjheel Lake is a haven of natural beauty. There is beauty all over the lake. There are four bridges to go from one side of the lake to the other, several flyovers, footover bridges, etc. Each bridge is made with an aesthetic design. The unique beauty of the lake can be observed by crossing the bridges. The clear and calm water of the lake, the boats floating there, and the beautiful view of the sunset from there are breathtaking.

There are many things to attract here. As much as the calm water of the lake attracts, the beautiful structures of each bridge attract. The footpath that surrounds the lake is also attractive. Various types of trees lined up on both sides of the brick-made path shade the road, and a gentle breeze always blows. Visitors can observe the place with pleasure. Many such scenes make the lake more attractive.

Hatir Jheel or Lake has gained popularity as the main entertainment center for the people of Dhaka city, this lake has several bridges, footover bridges, overpasses, 4.40 km of footpaths, 9.8 km of walking paths, a children's park, 13 viewing decks, three viaducts, and two U-loops. Hatir Jheel flows past several areas, Rampura, Moghbazar, Banasree, Gulshan, Tejgaon, Badda, and Niketan.

Millions of people live there. The place has become a natural entertainment center for all of them. In this city made of bricks and stones, the lake is like a blessing to them. Contact with nature means removing physical and human fatigue and making the body and mind clean. Bringing a sense of relaxation to the mind. In that respect, the lake has been able to fulfill everyone's needs.

Hatir Jheel is a place where nature can be fully enjoyed. The unspoiled beauty of nature can be observed, and people with restless humanity come here in search of a little peace. The unique beauty here calms down that restless mind. When school and college students get tired of their studies, they rush to this lake. The fresh air here refreshes the body and mind.

I have seen the pictures of the happy faces of the visitors who come here; looking at their faces, it seems that they are blessed to be in such a beautiful environment. They are roaming here like birds without a leash, visiting the lake in boats. They are taking pictures from different angles, exchanging ideas with each other.

They got refreshment from the natural beauty of the Lake

Everyone's faces are filled with joy. It's as if coming here has washed away all the dirt in the lake water, and the pure air here has absorbed all the fatigue and refreshed the mind.
