My dear friends, welcome to my beautiful community. I was not able to post for the last two days due to illness yesterday. You are better than before and your daily routine has started again.I hope the coming days will be even better but I am surprised to see the temperature rising as it has reached between 43 to 48 degrees.I think it will reach around 50 but after reaching 50 there will be so much talking that you will sweat and the body will need rest.Therefore, always choose your clothes according to the summer needs and wear a hat on your head.

Morning time.

सुबह लगभग 5:00 बजे मैं जाग गया हूं तब मैं अपने कमरे से बाहर आया और अपने लिए गिलास गर्म पानी किया पानी पीने के बाद फ्रेश होने चला गया वापस आया योग शुरू किया चीज सही करिए उसके बाद में अपने बाइक लेता हूं और रोडवेज बस स्टैंड पहुंचता हूं वहां पर पहुंचते ही कहता हूं कि सर आपको फ्रिज लेकर जा सकते हैं उन्होंने मना कर दिया कोई बात नहीं वापस आया और जल्दी से स्नान किया तैयार हो गया।
