What fire safety measures should you follow when traveling by car, train, or airplane?

^{We have a car and my brother Imran drives it himself. I can drive, but it’s not very well yet. A lot of things my brother does before driving to avoid accidents.}

Now I don't have own car however if I have one, I will follow the rules given below Inshallah. When I travel I will always be cautious about fire safety. If I travel by car I’ll check to see if everything in the car is working properly first. There will be no engine problems, oil leaks, or wiring problems. I will also keep a small fire extinguisher in the car, just in case.

If I travel by train, I’d check for the emergency exits and fire extinguishers. I won’t be carrying anything flammable and will be careful with electric items.

When I will use the airplane as transportation, I will pay attention to what the crew will say during the safety instructions immediately before the flight begins. I will learn how to get out in an emergency and how to use the oxygen mask.

What are the key fire safety procedures to follow if a fire breaks out while you are traveling?

If I am travelling by car and a fire starts I will not panic but stay calm. I will stop the car, cut off the engine. I will use fire extinguisher to stamp out the fire. If the fire is too big, for help I will call 999 and I will move out and go to safe a safe place.

If I was on a train with a fire. I will lower myself because smoke goes up. I’ll see if I can get out as quick as I can through the emergency doors. I’ll try to go out through a window if the doors are blocked.

If there is a fire on an airplane, I will apply the oxygen mask and do what the crew tells me. I shall seek to get out of the emergency doors as soon as possible while I stay low to avoid smoke.

What immediate actions should you take if a fire occurs in your vehicle during travel?

My Brother Recently Change Our Car Colour

If my vehicle like car catches fire, I will not panic. I'll stop the car and turn off the engine. I'll get out of the car as quick as I can and ask everyone else to do the same if anyone there. I will bring all to a safe distance from the car so that nobody gets hurt. I will try to take important things out the car till it safe. But I won’t risk my life for those things.

If the fire is small, I am going to try put the fire out with a fire extinguisher. If the fire gets big too quickly, then I will call 999 for help. I will stay far from the fire. I will always put my safety and others safety 1st.
