In the first week of the Steemit Challenge Season-32, I came up with this delicious and healthy recipe. In this summer, we love to drink cold items like milkshakes or juices. And this time I got the opportunity to make this tempting recipe and share it with everyone.

Badaam Paal is also known as Badamer Sharbat in our area. I personally like this recipe very much. It is very healthy for children. Children especially want to eat less milk or nuts. Then if milkshake can be made like this, then they enjoy eating it with a straw. I made my milkshake according to the rules shown in @jyoti-thelight sister's course.
However, I added two things in this case. They are dates and bananas. Those who like to eat less sweets can make it with only dates. In this case, there is no need to use sugar. However, I thought of making a little more sweetness. So I added a small amount of sugar along with the dates. However, even without adding sugar, it was quite sweet because of the dates. Ingredients required for making Almond Milkshake

| Banana | 1 piece |
| Sugar | 1 tbsp |
| Milk | 1cup |
| Saffron | As needed |

Step-1
First, I soaked the almonds in warm water for a while. Then, when they were a bit soft, I peeled them and washed them thoroughly.

Step-2
At this stage, I washed the dates thoroughly. Then I removed the seeds from them. After that, I soaked them in milk.

Step-3
Now, in a blender, I added the soaked almonds, along with the dates soaked in milk, a small amount of sugar, and bananas.
Step-4
Now I blended all these ingredients well. It seems to have a very thick texture. So I added milk little by little and continued blending again.
Step-5
At this stage I poured the remaining milk and blended it again. Now I poured everything into a bowl. Then I served it. In this case I used some saffron which was optional.

Our traditional cold beverages or Drinks items include various items. Which are consumed a lot during the summer. The easiest recipe among them is lemon juice. Also, various shakes or smoothies are also made and eaten. Among them, mango milkshake, banana milkshake are the most popular.
Because they can be made with few ingredients and with ingredients available at home, they are also good to eat in the summer season. Excessive dehydration occurs during the summer. If you drink less water, the body becomes very weak. And by always eating water and water-like foods, both the body and the stomach get peace. That is why you should mainly eat a lot of liquid food during the summer. In addition, if you can make and eat such shakes in a healthy way, then you will get benefits in all aspects.

Wow! I thought that making milkshakes was deficult but after I read your recipes I realized that is very simple to make through your step by step methods.
