Hello, dear friends! How is everyone doing? I hope you are all well and enjoying your time with your loved ones, no matter where you are. Today, I want to share another day of my life with you all. I hope you find some time to read my post and that you find it enjoyable enough to upvote.

I got up early in the morning as it’s not only my habit but also an obligation for me as a Muslim. We have been directed to start our day by offering the obligatory morning prayers in the mosque, and for that, I needed to purify myself by performing ablution. I performed ablution with some lukewarm water as the temperature was quite low, and performing ablution with cold water is almost impossible for me. I went for the morning prayers, and only after I was done with prayers did I head back home. Straight away, I went inside and did not perform any sort of exercises in the backyard. This was all because of the cold temperature, and with the onset of winter, health experts have already started sharing their advice through social media, mainly focusing on staying indoors during these cold days as going outside could lead to heart attacks and other health issues. Being quite cautious, I could not afford to harm myself. Upon sitting inside, I didn’t do much, just sat beside the electric heater, and in a few moments, I fell asleep.

Upon waking up, I had my breakfast and only then got ready for the office. I took the shortcut route to my office and reached there in just 20 to 25 minutes. Upon arrival, I got straight into work. As my colleague had already been calling me repeatedly asking about my location, I was quick to reach there so as not to make him wait unnecessarily. Straight away upon reaching, we started our work. We were the only ones left with some digitization work because we had been assigned a larger quantity of work compared to others. The village we are currently digitizing is quite large, in fact, the largest among the villages that need to be digitized, which is why we were still working. We continued until late afternoon, meanwhile having some tea, and then I had my lunch.

I left a little early because I had to go for a haircut, as my long hair had started turning curly, which irritated me. I had to wait at the barbershop for 10 to 15 minutes for my turn, and finally, I got a good haircut. As soon as I left the shop, I went to see my friend who works at the old office, which is the parent office where I have been posted. Since we were meeting for the first time this month, we had a long chat, discussing things together and sharing our experiences over the past month.

It was around 5 PM when I returned home, and as soon as I reached, my cousin was already waiting for me outside in the lawn. He came and hugged me tightly. It was quite an emotional moment for me as I could feel how much he had missed me throughout the day. We went inside, and only after having enough chat and hugs with him could I divert my attention to other things, like having some tea and freshening up. Later, I watched TV with other family members, and my cousin remained the center of attention. I spent a good amount of time with him while watching cricket on TV. Very late in the evening, around 9:30 PM, I had my dinner, and after going through social media for a while, I went to sleep.
