The diary game. A Peaceful Winter Morning and a Day of Simple Achievements

Hello, dear friends! How is everyone doing? I hope you are all well and enjoying your time with your loved ones, no matter where you are. Today, I want to share another day of my life with you all. I hope you find some time to read my post and that you find it enjoyable enough to upvote.

I got up very early in the morning, as I am in the habit of rising early. Without any hesitation, I got out of bed, performed ablution, and went for the morning prayers. I began my day by embracing peace and positivity. This is my way of establishing a divine connection with the Almighty, which not only helps me face challenges with a positive attitude but also fills my surroundings with positive vibes. After finishing my prayers and supplications, I returned home and went back to bed to keep myself warm, as it was very difficult to stay outside in the early hours due to the severe cold. The drop in temperature almost brings daily life to a halt.

I finally got up at breakfast time. I had some online work to do from home, as going to the office was unnecessary. My higher-ups had already informed me to stay at home and work from there, as more tasks needed to be completed and it was easier to do them from home rather than wasting time traveling and communicating. I completed my work quite quickly. I continued working online till afternoon, and after having my lunch, I felt relaxed because I had already achieved my target for the day

Free from any pending work, I went outside to get some fresh air and decided to walk to my maternal home. On the way, I noticed a newly opened shop belonging to acquaintances from the village. Unfortunately, the two brothers are specially abled due to polio or a similar illness and can hardly move. To earn their livelihood, one of them runs a medical shop while the other runs a stationery shop. Since I know them both, I went to congratulate them on opening their new shops.

I first visited the brother who runs the medical shop and spent some time discussing general matters. Then I went to the stationery shop, where he was still shifting items from the old shop to the new one. While I was there, I also submitted an online application for some garden equipment that I will need in the coming year.

After that, it was time to return home. As soon as I reached home, I went to my room and started reading whatever book was nearby. To my surprise, it was an engineering book, and reading it helped me recall my college days. My day ended after having dinner at around 9:30 PM, followed by spending some time on social media and interacting with online friends.
